I bought tickets days ago and they have still too be available to download I asked the online chat staff multiple times when they would be available and they kept telling me the next day I'll receive a call The next day came and still no call so I asked again. Each time I got the same answer with extremely rude staff talking to me. Each time they ended the chat once I asked another question. It is now less than 24 hours away and I have still no idea about the tickets This is a bit horrible for me and very horrible considering I bought tickets for two other games
