Buying a car
I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle. When you call, it offers a prompt for after hours to dial 0. When you dial 0, not only does no one answer, it hangs up. I pay early every month and this is the 2nd time they have failed me as a consumer. First, they gave a claim to a lady with no damage to her car based off of the previous damage to my car, now no one is available to change my car over to the new vehicle. Bad business all around. User's recommendation: Beware if you expect them to care.
