Its a bogus excuse for a company. And yes, the CEO of BuyerHomeSite actually got sued for taking their idea from another, legitimate, successful company, HeavyHammer. The Owner of BuyerHomeSite is sneaky, practices shady business tactics, and all of his employees are friends or family; no professional sales person works in that office, whatsoever. Customer Service is a sham. One guy does Customer Service. That is why calls are never returned, questions are never answered, ect. They say it costs $100 set-up fee to get your account going when it really doesn't. In its simplistic form, BuyerHomeSite gives you a virtual business card and exclusive rights to the county you serve, but it is by no means worth the price they are asking. At All. Again, if you get a call, Run Away!!! THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONIES WORTH. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU'LL HARDLY RECEIVE LEADS. Essentially, you receive any leads at all, and if you do, don't bet your bottom dollar on closing any that come through, as most leads generated are completely bogus. And no, I am not a former client of theirs. Im actually a former employee. They can't keep people in the seats. Their turnover rate with employees is severely below average, and bottom line, is unacceptable. Keep your advertising budget fully in tact. Stay Away from this business. Stick with Zillow, Trulia, ect. Those companies are legitimate, professional, and have superb lead generations. Yes, you'll have to sign a contract with Zillow or Trulia, but in comparison to this deceitful company, it is well worth a contract.
