I purchase an "ESA" letter and tried to use it on 3 different airlines, all 3 airlines denied the letter and stated it needed to be from a therapist who is currently treating you for your disability. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT DOES NOT WORK ON ANY AIRLINE!!! The support team is non existent!
