Update by user Aug 20, 2014 Have worked with Royal Union's management and they have satisfactorilly provided the information needed, and I consider this complaint to be void and closed. Original review posted by user Jul 23, 2014 Royal Union will not document how the budget allocation payments are spent - salaries, entertainment, travel meals and specific work for customers I have paid an average of $400 per Quarter for project budget allocations for well over two years. We have requested project statements of activities and and a financial breakdown as to how the money is spent (travel, meals, entertainment, travel, etc.). They have basically stated that they will not provide any kind of accounting. I wo0uld like to know what we are paying for. They have also double billed for at least one project (Laughlin 1) for over two years. They are arrogant, rude and uncooperative.
