bug in the food

I went to culvers to eat. After i ate i bought a lemon ice with rasberry topping. It tasted good till i crunched down after tht i took it out of my mouth and round a black bettle. So i took to the ladyand just threw it away and gave me a new one without the topping. I had to tale it Back again to get money.
