BT Complaint – and many more BT complaints

I had a 4 month BT nightmare which began in June 2007. We just moved into a new house in Cornwall and simply wanted the new phone line set up and activated. Simple? No. In no way was this simple. I had 3 separate charges of £300. I only spoke to someone English twice and only on these occasions was any progress made! I was so angry and frustrated that I set up my own blog for anyone who had a BT Complaint to submit theirs. I've had many BT complaints so far and had 4,000 visitors in the past 3 months.
