Brookfield collects fees that is what they are worried about. Zero customer service. After losing my authorization refusing to look for it and providing no help on the sale of my home they showed up in the closing of my new home demanding their fee. The agent assisting me basically quit because of Brookfield imposed fees. Brookfield did nothing. After no responses from Brookfield I went to their web site and followed the contact us button. They assigned the individual who lost the authorization to correct the situation. This individual passed it on to someone whose sole purpose was to make sure it was all my fault and that I understood that. She sent me a document full of misspellings and grammar errors. This was a terrible customer service experience. Will never use them again and will self move.
