Broken Range

I purchased my $10k range in April of 2020. I have had thermador out 12 times for repairs with numerous months of it not working while waiting on a service call or parts. DO NOT BUY THERMADOR! I am stuck with a $10k range that doesnt work and I cant do anything about it to replace it. I bought a lemon and nobody in customer service can help me. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THERMADOR.
