Pole# wmeco 25B/17 with v/z13 underneath is completely fractured at the base. From the South side it looks fine but the back side is definitely broken. This pole was replaced a few years ago when taken down by a trailer truck. At that time it was requested that the pole be moved back from the hairpin turn by 6 to 8 feet. The crew did not want to be bothered! This is a very sharp turn and most trailer trucks have to use all the roadway and the ditches to make it around the corner.
