Break of picture, at least 5 minutes to reach a channel when reached and today no reception

Issue not resolved, still some break in image and long time to get to stations. My provider did all the tests, the wifi is perfect and they changed their equipment to conclude that it was coming from your box and servers! User's recommendation: Do not buy it’s a waste of money. Very unstable!
