Branch Manager Incompetence, disinterest, laziness ( Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia )

I came to First Convenient Bank in the Walmart in Scottsdale Arizona on Saturday, April 17 at about 1:30 PM to use Western Union to send funds to some friends. I've sent funds to these same friends many times through Western Union whohad my Friend's names and all my transactions on file. I sent $100.00 to one friend and wanted to send $200.00 to another friend but the teller, Ms. Mabel Mui, said she would have to get permission. So she went to the back office to talk to the Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia, who was texting on his phone. She said Mr. Garcia told her I could not send any more money. So I told Ms. Mui, that I have done this many times before, with Western Union, to these same friends and that she can see it on her records of my transactions with Western Union. Again, Ms. Mui went to see the Branch Manager, Mr. Garcia, and he told her I was only allowed to send money to one person a day. I know this is not true, as I have sent money to many friends, many times on the same day at the same location. Because of Mr. Garcia's lack of knowledge, I had to find another Western Union a Mile away and send the money from that location. The Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia obviously doesn't know his job. I had to go to another Western Union to accomplish what I should have been allowed to accomplish at the Western Union at First Convenient Bank, in Walmart in Scottsdale Arizona. I suggest your Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia get remedial training so he doesn't continue to inconvenience your customers with his lack of knowledge, disinterest and laziness.
