A sucker born every minute. What a joke this product is, push it down the drain to remove hair I was lucky to get it back out without the velcro coming off the end of it. The red tip on the other end pulls off also and it doesn't fit past the stopper in the drain. User's recommendation: Don't buy it, it doesn't work and you may have to call the plumber to get the velcro when it comes off in the drain.
