borderlinx – unnaceptable service – 20 days after they received my package and still it’s not shipped

I have been waiting 22 days and still my camera lens (650USD value) is not yet shipped. Their chat service is literally useless, I have been waiting for hours for an answer. I opened an issue with them and still thery are unable to help, they told me to wait as they face backlog issues due to warehouse move Date Delivered to them and signed - 21 November 2017
