Booted out of canasta twice. no problems with the game as far as I knew.

twice today, I was playing Canasta and all of a sudden, my connection left and I could not get back on. Instead it just booted me out again. The partner and I had no problems so I don't know if it was the program or he was messing with it. Both times the situation was almost the same. Any suggestions would b appreciated. User's recommendation: don't know how to fix it.
