Update by user Sep 28, 2020 If you will go to sitejabber.com you will find an almost identical situation with another person who ordered the same wireless backup camera Bluegreen advertised. They purposely send the wrong item to begin with and then tell you they will refund you $5. They will NOT respond to my emails and so I had to turn it over to Discover as a scam company. EVERYONE BE AWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUEGREEN SHOP COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT REFUND MONEY OR PRODUCT UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAYS TO SHIP BACK. THEN I DOUBT THEY WILL REALLY GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. Original review posted by user Aug 29, 2020 Purchased a backup camera for my 20 y/o car. This backup camera was NO WIRES has a battery and is hooked up to IPhone via app. Took almost a month and when I received it, it was the wrong camera. Contacted Bluegreen.shop and Yitengzumingg who I purchased the item from. They acknowledged that they sent the WRONG item. They refused to send me a free return label because this company is NOT reputable. They informed me that if I wanted to get my money back I would have to mail the $25 item back to China. Naturally I called Discover for a dispute and will contact the BBB to complain also. User's recommendation: PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
