Ordered 4/8/21. Received email from Yodel 9/4/21 saying it had been delivered to Asda, Rochdale. When I went to collect it Asda did not recognise the above reference. I used Yours contact form and was told that parcel should not have gone to Asda as it was not click and collect and that they would contact Asda to sort it out. When nothing happened I contacted Yours again and again. I was finally told that I had to sort it out with Asda myself. Because it did not have a click and collect reference Asda could not locate it. I have lost £24.99 plus £1.99 postage. I have been ill and am only now well enough to pursue this complaint. Appalling customer service from Yours.
