The threading on the zipper of both bags tore. I thought one would be a fluke but then the 2nd one ripped. Now it's pst 45 days and they said "too bad." I am out $55 and they say too bad? That's not right. You sell fake OEM products. This is NOT the same as the one I purchased with the original item. So they get knockoff parts from China and oss it off as new. That's wrong and poor business. I waited 20 min on the phone and then disconnected. Call again and they said wait. Same story. Deny until the customer gives up. That's wrong. I plan to complain to every outlet that this is a defective part without recourse.
