After reading all the terrible reviews of this place, for some insane reason (well really because it was close to home) I decided to get my car repaired here. I was quoted one price to repair, but when I went to pick up the car there was an additional $219 charge for "diagnostic" labor. What?? I have never seen this type of charge once I've decided to get my car repaired there. ESPECIALLY after "Bobby" lied to my face and told me it would be "applied" to the repair work. When I questioned him he acted like I was crazy and said he told me it would be applied to the repair work! HUH?? Does he think because I'm an older female I don't have connected brain cells. As if this wasn't bad enough, they "recommend" an additional $1200 for a lower control arm. Yeah, like I'd almost EVER let them touch my car again. But that isn't even the worst part, now my car is making this HORRIBLE squeaking noise when I move the steering wheel. It did not make this noise before this. Just be smart and stay away from this place!!!
