I placed an order on 03/10/2020 for Billie Eilish’s Concert back in April totaling $1,550.00 order number: 3322****, I have not yet heard ANYTHING about this concert being re scheduled or Canceled and it’s been over 6 Months now! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I’ve attempted to call the customer service line MULTIPLE times but I’m never able to speak directly to anyone. I understand Vivid seats refund policy however these seem to be special circumstances due to the Covid-19 pandemic I am demanding a full refund and would just like to say how disappointed I am with vivid seats customer service or lack there of. I would like a response back as soon as possible. Thank you for your time. User's recommendation: I would never purchase from vivid seats again.
