Not only was I billed for an unqualified lead, there was no indication the call was coming from Copierrepairman either. It was just someone asking me to work on something I did not support. At the end of the month I was billed. Calls and emails asking for a refund were ineffective and I was told "That call was a qualified lead by our standards and as such can not be refunded." They have saturated the internet with marketing under my business name, with their phone number attached, and no way for me to make changes. In effect, they are trying to direct all references to my business through them thus making ineffective my own marketing.
