The guilty driver in our accident has this insurance co. We were totally innocent -- stopping at signal, blew red light. They will nit -pick until you have no value left, errors in their evaluations, will not work toward a mutual agreement. It's their way or the highway (literally HA) Has caused out-of-pocket expenses that will not be covered because I couldn't get approval from them in time--left messages 3 days in a row w/o their return. Set such short dead lines that you can't hardly deal with the issue within their timelines leaving no time to consult w/anyone on the process. They quibble over a $700 difference of our asking for a $2700.00 total settlement!!! (That's a pretty cheap settlement--we just wanted to do it simple, clear cut and they won't do it; they only want to give us under $2,000). They have blinders on -- will not see it your way for a compromise. The adjuster "padded" the repair cost in unnecessary parts that raised the total repair of my vehicle. Leave you with nothing of their pay out if you want to buy it back. This company is an insult to intelligence. They are horrible to work with. They don't return phone calls for authorizations, drag their feet on your timeline, so had to end up paying for expenses myself; will not be reimbursed. All this at NOOOOOOOOOO fault in the accident.!!! BEWARE, I have warned you. Look up their ratings on auto ins --- W: worse than average complaints consistently for past 8 - 10 years!!
