If you need to send something to Mexico or any part of So America, I recommend you to look somewhere else, if your product does not comply with their policies they will hold it (and force you to lose it)...see, if you want to pick it up from them just because they cant handle it, they will charge you ridiculous fees just to hand it over ..they wont let you personally pick it up either, if you refuse to pay their forwarding fees, they will hold onto it in their warehouse, it will start accumulating storage fees, that will give you no option but to take it as a loss.. I had a product that cost me $25.00 and I made the mistake to send it to them, now they want to charge me $38.00 just to send it to another forwarding agency that has no issues with my product, they wont let you pick it up either. My story I'm currently in Monterrey Nl Mexico, i had a big issue with this company called atravesde, see, I have a family member here in Mexico with internal bleeding/pain due to a chronic hemorrhoid issue, so I bought some natural remedies over amazon and sent it to atravesde, so they could get it here ..after a few days the items arrived to atravesde..and I was waiting urgently for a quote so I could cure my family member (about $25.00 worth in creams)...then a member of their company contacted me telling me that they could not process my order to Mexico because of some restrictions, they told me they cannot send the medicines.. ok I figured I could solve the issue by have them forward the medicine to another company who has no problem getting the meds across.. their response was they want to charge me $38.00 to forward my $25.00 to my other forwarder, being a bit too much, I tell them, ok ill have UPS pick it up from you ...they tell me i have to pay $28.00 ($20 storage fees) just to hand it to ups...so I say how can that be...you are telling me you cant send me the creams, so at least hand it over to ups, i was trying to get ups pick it up from them..they refused...by then 2 weeks had passed, I inform them im heading to Laredo TX to pick up the creams myself ...they tell me they don't allow local pickups, to date they say I owe them $96usd on my $25.00 cream I strongly recommend you not to deal with this company, if its something they cant get it across for some reason, they'll hold it ...and never give it back to you, even if you want to get it back it is going to cost you more money to get it back from them than to just buy another item and send it to a better company who has no issues with what you can and what you cant get across...my aunt has gotten worse thanks to this people, who do not see any importance in personal well being do not let them manage your packages going over seas you will lose your product as I did.
