Although their website says, "We've guaranteed your satisfaction since we packed and shipped our first canister of protein nearly five years ago and our single goal is to make you happy." they charge a 25% restocking fee on every return, including unopened and completely re-sellable goods returned in a timely manner. I have never encountered another online retailer who has such a restrictive and expensive return policy. I have also emailed customer service with a question about a product that I previously purchased, and they did not respond to the email.
