Better Customer Service and The Ability to Back Order

Placed items I wanted in my cart, including 4 accessories to get a 15% discount on them and custom planner and get free shipping for an order over $75. By the time I went to purchase my item 2 of the accessories were sold out. Spoke with customer service and no help or anything was offered. I was just told free shipping may still be available when the items are back in stock but there is no indication when items will be back in stock. I was not able to put the items on back order so I could still get the deals since running out of items at Christmas time is not my fault. There was no resolution offered at all. These items are not cheap. It also takes time to create the order so this is time wasted. The customer service sucks! Be better prepared for the holiday season and ErinCondren.com needs better solutions for customers who have a problem. There are many custom planner choices and for such expensive planners that no one has to stick with this company's *** service and lack of holiday preparedness.
