I purchase granite from this company for my kitchen 3 years ago the counters were delivered and installed in less then 3 weeks. Naturally when I want to upgrade my two bathrooms I returned to Best Granite and spent $2800. I waited three weeks and then called to see when I would get my vanity tops and got a run around. I called repeatedly trying to get the owner to return my call, he wouldn't. I went to the place of business and was told the owner wasn't there. I called every week asking about my tops and got stories about being short on help and having staffing problems. Then after eight weeks they finally to me the tops would get installed between 9 and noon on 5/23/13 they didn't show. I called and was told they would be there midday on 5/24 again they didn't show I called and could not get a straight answer. I went up there today on 5/24/13 and demanded a full refund which I got but he would not refund my plumbing cost and as I walked out the door the owner told me to go *** myself. Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this company . . .
