Being charged for all access, but not getting all access

I changed computers and now after changing password can get on to your site. I am no longer getting all access which I am paying for. The last four digits of my CC which is being charged is 8378 under the name of Barret S Smith. The sign-on name to your site is Billiem1. If you cant connect my CC back to my sign in name then just cancel my subscription and I can re enter my CC at your website. My email is barrets2014@***.com
