I have not had my furnace on at all this year or last year however last year I paid out over $550 for gas I did not use and this year it is already up to over $235. I would like it very much if someone would do an investigation because of my claims. Previously I had thought it was due to the landlord, but it may not be and I, for one, want this ongoing issue to be resolved, or I will not become a future consumer of Enbridge gas and I have discontinued my service without expectation of turning it back on again. I hope that a representative will be in touch. I have no recommendation without the proper knowledge to do so. How can this be.
