Because of scs mis money

My father Mr Bhabesh Chandra Mukherjee is bed bound due to cerebral strokes.His SCS account number 926375****(281052).I want to withdraw money, PRI has been done but My father has lost his original PAN & AADHAAR card.But PRI personnel said that without orginal of PAN&AADHAAR it cannot be prosses.Please tell me what should I do.
