Free installation they claim.....but what about after installation.....Charges a plenty for EVERYTHING else. Battery goes dead on your vehicle only $50.00 charge to clear the violation it caused. Used analyzer installed originally.....defective.... $50.00 to recode replacement.....A NEW USED one installed.....needed replacement, no charge BUT 2.5 hours waiting for the 1 person operation to replace it. I have more situations but typing this I'm getting more pissed off so I'm stopping here..... *** ***
