Worse than that? There seems no way to opt-out of the "ATT TV" service. Even though the DirecTV rep at the DirecTV 1-87*-812-**** Customer Service number said, "Everything, including service cancellation, is done online using the www.directv.com website." No, instead the URL is transferred into the "ATT TV" site where the customer must know his/her UserID (which is NOT the same as the customer's DirecTV credentials) or Account number (also unknown.)
