Bath lift not working.

The initial installation went very well and the bathroom fitter worked well, we used the bath lift once and the second time we could not get it to work, it was during the Christmas break and we waited until the holiday was over and rang them on the 4th Jan, but we are still waiting to get the bath repaired,after paying over £ 6.5000 for the bath, I feel very annoyed and can’t seem to get anyone to get things done, it appears once they have your money they could not care a jot, I have been in the service industry all my working life and you do not treat your clients this way.
