Bad experience! I am from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Went for de longhi dehumidifier repair that i bought in 2017. They has only 1 authorised service center at Sungai Besi. They said might not have spare part...hello... if u are the only service center, 1. u can not immediately check if u have spare not? 2. u can not tell around how it cost to replace the part? Checking is RM45, and u charge me very expensive i can reject but the RM45 wil be forfeited... such frustrating... And u tell me if u dont have the spare part mean no body can repair my 2 years dehumidifier... I dont recommend to buy De Longhi brand as you dont pick the right company to serve us!
