On 11.20.2018 I got a catalog in the mail from hearthsong with a product I wanted to buy. I went to their website and discovered they had a sale - ending at midnight - that gave 30% off, but their site did not honor the discount. I called the company and the person who helped me had a problem at first but then assured me the discount would be applied when my card was charged. They never even placed the order and now the window for the discount is closed!
