Originally i had a parking debt of about £300 and tried to pay them £50 a month as i could not afford anymore. They refused and told me i had to pay £100 a month. So i put the phone downand refused to communicate further with them. As common knowledge is that they are suppose to take the offer given to them. But they want o be greedys bullys so i paid nothing and ignored all their threatwning calls n messages. I then put a iVA in place and they are still sending threatening messages telling me to come back to my property if i want to be present for removal of goods. I been receiving these type of messages for months now. They just called and woke up my child. Ive already explained im on a IVA stop harrassing and calling me. I really would love to take action agaibst this company and theres enough complaints and people against them. How do we all proceed to take it further and really bring this company down. As yes they are vile bullys, you cannot reason with these people. Absolutely no soul, compassion or anything. Not apoken to a woman or man from his company who was nice to speak to. All sound on a power trip. No understanding or empathy and no regard for the small laws that are suppose to protect us.
