Absolutely terrible experience! Would NOT recommend. Our instructor never showed up for our first class. After several phone calls I was told she was in a car accident-which I found out later happened 1wk prior and I was never contacted by the company despite ample notice. I was obviously happy to reschedule being that this was an unforeseen circumstance and I had to reach out to the company repeatedly to do so. When I was finally rescheduled I was told the instructor would contact me. She never did. She never responded to my texts and didnt showed up to our class-for the second time. Multiple phone calls and emails later and Im still waiting for a response and a refund. Terribly disappointed with the complete lack of communication and follow through. User's recommendation: NOT Recommended.
