Bad scag

I have.2013 . Freedom Z. took it to the shop. the bolts out of the rear end and stabilizer bar. came out. I think this is a defect. they charged me $75. and I think this is wrong I called in earlier this summer and talk to someone at Scag. and. did not. know what the time the bolts were gone. dealer said this has happened before. please contact me.
