Casher seem to be short on working at the Hyvee on 76 and cash lines were busy with people waiting to check out ,the self- serve casher was open to only four, seem a lot of people like the self serve casher, as me . because there a lot better, ,you don't have to see your fruit be drop 10 time before it get bag , and the bagger seem to not know how to bag , seem they also don't seem to get good training either, the casher seem be rude, and don't seem to care,If they drop to throw your stuff. seem its a job. to them an don't care for the if the customers is happy, as for the front casher manager who seem to in charge could care less, it seem to all about money to her. she seem to need some re view on customers service, that might help her, because if she is doing the training of the casher and bagger she suck at it and need to be re train herself. and maybe she should wear a name tag, so she could be so people could have a name of her problem she has. . I do like shopping at Hyvee but this store seem to have a lot of problems with its casher and bagger, and management up front , maybe the need more training, your maybe you need to clean house up front,
