Bad products, terrible shipping charges

It took nearly three weeks for me to receive my new iPhone case and then it was the wrong size. Basic shipping was $12 which is ridiculous. Because it was personalized, they couldn't replace the phone I was told - I would have had to buy a new one at 50% off. Every time I would look at my phone, I would think about how annoyed I was and how I had paid $130 for the case in total if I had bought another one! Very disappointing - also the case I did receive felt and looked very cheap. I'll buy an adorable case on Etsy for cheap shipping within a couple of days at 1/3 the price!
