Bad printing team service

I am disappointed with print and copy section team of Office Depot in Schaumburg IL. I, realtor, ordered the signboard of "open house" for my listing property. I shown a design for it from Google images to the staff and asked them apply my information on it. They charged for printing as well as design fee for it. This image for signboard has a left arrow to facing to home, I needed to have left and right arrow for "A" shape signboard standing. But they printed two left arrow signboard and I pointed it out, supposed to have left and right arrow. Another staff of this team agreed with that and promised to print it again. However they still print it out only two left arrow and asked me again for reprinting. The person in charged of it asked me come to pick it up next day and she left a vocation without completing my order. It was really speechless. Finally manager called me my order will be cancelled. I visited 5 times as their request, it took around 4 weeks. Afterward I figured it out she just knows to print it as google image having left arrow, doesn't know to make right arrow on signboard. I tried to understand it and refund. But in middle of refund, they said the reason for cancellation. The thing to make me upset, is that they insisted to regard explanation for cancellation as the miscommunication (feel like they wanted to attribute responsibility by my poor English). I think this attitude goes against the Office Depot 's customer philosophy. I am writing this letter to get respond of Office Depot on this case. Thank you Youngjean Lee
