Bad fit and horrible customer service

Update by user May 21, 2019 cost me 122.00 to ship the bags back which was not reimbursed and then they held back the shipping of the original packaging. Stay away from Viking Bags Original review posted by user Apr 21, 2019 Went to their site and chose the bags for my vtx1800. Bags did not come close to fitting and had to send them back at a cost of 122.00. Three weeks after they received the bags back I got a credit shorted the 24.99 I paid in tax. The chart they provide is inaccurate. The customer service is super slow. Broke the law by not returning the tax on the sale. Stay away from Viking bags there are enough bad reviews out there I believe the good ones are their employees attempting to over shadow the bads ones.
