Bad experience at immigration

I was travelling from bangkok to colombo by TG 308 today. I was seriously scolded by the immigration officer as i didnt have the small paper ready. The officer behaved like a fool and scolded very badly infant of all travellers adding the golden land Thailand to a bad remark. PLEASE ACT SERIOUSLY TO THE RELEVANT OFFICER WHO MAKE BIG DAMAGE TO THAILAND. we as travellers needed to respected and i am very much disappointment what happent today
