Bad customer service, stop stealing students’ money

Bought an e-book for 180 days, but then I wanted to refund it because I dropped my class I was just one day late. They can't do anything else other than saying it's the "company policy." I will not use this website again. They do not go the extra mile to help the customers remedy their problem. Now I just wasted my money and there is probably no way of going. I would not recommend my friends and other college students to use this website. They are not professional at all, especially in troubleshooting their customers' problems. Stop stealing our money.
