Because of the pandemic, my husband and I decided to order from Ruby Tuesday for my birthday dinner. I called the order in and then went to curbside and picked it up. It was ready in 15 minutes like they said but I got only a portion of the food. I was already back home and we were getting our food out of the bag. A salad was missing and French fries. I had zucchini in with my Bacon chicken and I didn’t order zucchini. So I had no salad, cooked zucchini was in my container with my chicken and no fries for my husband. I was so pissed off that I lost my appetite. The service is unacceptable, especially at this point in time. Someone definitely does not check the orders before they go to curbside. These are hard times we all are going through. I called them and told them. The girl took my first name only and said to stop back by and they would give me fries and a salad. That’s well and good but I told her I’m home and I’m not going to drive 6 miles for that while my entrees got cold. She said stop by anytime and they would give me fries and salad. I said that’s stupid. Why would I come by for just fries and a salad. I told her I will never eat at Ruby Tuesday’s again. Incompetent people I swear! User's recommendation: Check your order if you curbside pickup. Don’t trust it to be right like I did.
