Bad customer service, never got my order and no body from support chat team is replying

last night i place a cake order for my brother and it never reached him. It was a contact less delivery and he never got the cake. I tried reaching skip team by every means possible either it be emailing you guys or by using this chat option. But I never got a response back. It was really frustrating for me. I still havent heard back from you guys so I am contacting you again. I ordered 50$ cake for nothing. Because of your mistake a special moment for someone got ruined and there is no body from skips team to take responsibility of the mess your team creats either it be drivers or support team. It is the worst customer experience i ever had. User's recommendation: Can you get any customer support agent to give me a call back.
