Every since I was late on a payment the staff and manager has been very rude . They dont fully answer your questions they hang the phone up on you . The manager Dewayne never has respect never wants to explain the policy or any question and today I called in and to make a payment but asked what was my total balance I was told since Im 2 days late remind you yesterday was a holiday that they cant tell me my balance until I make a payment ok so I asked for Mr Dewayne the manager And they put Sarah I guess thats her name on the phone she immediately begin saying yes what Mr so and so said is true once we get the payment he can tell u .. so I said ok well hello u didnt even ask me how can you help me You dont even know the question I have for you you just started talking can I please speak to Dewayne ok so she put Dewayne in the phone immediately when Dewayne pick up the phone he does the same thing just start talking instead of asking me how can he help me so I told him the same thing why are yall just picking up the phone talking instead of one introducing themselves and two asking how can they assist me no matter what the previous person said . Dewayne hung the phone up in my face so I called back nicely asked for him and I was told he will call me back which now has been over a hour .. this is the worst place every and the sad part about it is they be nice at first until u done gave them all your money and they dont want you to pay it off they want to come pick it up and resale it to get more money. User's recommendation: Don’t ever rent from them it’s a Knick off anyways you paying triple or higher the price for the item anyways.
