Bad connection / From 4G to 3G network

Date of the incident started: 5th June 2021 Client number: +[protected] Client name: Anis Nurfitrah binti Abdullah I have been your loyal customer since 2012. I want to file a complaint about the bad connection that has been happening since 5th June 2021. The connection is very bad that I cannot even open my browser. It is so frustrating since I rely on your connection to do work. Please fix this. Thank you.
