Bad bad service and communication

Never have I gotten this service or visited the web page but I've been getting charged 19.99 every month. I can't sign in or login in because I have never set up an account t with this company. I can't call them there's no number. I did this morning report this company and disputed the charges with my bank. User's recommendation: Stay away.
