Hello My name is Kishor sawla and I own a Mercedes C-220, 2008 model. One of the horns of my Car was not working Properly for which the Car was sent to Shaman Motors Kalina, Mumbai for its Repair/ Replacement. Both Pair of Horns were Replaced and I was charged 5400/- appx. The horn didn't Last for 2 days and I was forced to sent the my Car to them for its Repair. After Diagnosing the Horns Shaman Advisor Mitest told me that it was a electrical Problem and the horns were fixed, this resulted the Car not available to me for almost 2 days. One of the Horn has again stopped Working for the Third Time making me beleive that the horns replaced are not Brand New and I have been Cheated. The Horns were earlier replaced at Shaman a year ago for the same Problem Request All to not avail their Servive
