Shady company - no phone numbers listed on their website, instead they offer a chat service to assist with the most general questions. I had to submit a request to have a claims representative call me. Finally, after several attempts at locating a phone number, I found one. The automated service quoted 60+ minutes of hold time. After about 10 minutes, I got another automated message that told me that they could not take my call at this time. Mind you, this is a not-at-fault insurance claim, so of course on top of low-balling the repairs, they're avoiding contact as well. User's recommendation: AVOID IF YOU CAN!
